Atomically gets the content and replaces it.

content: Type: SystemByte
The new content of the blob.
expiryTime (Optional): Type: SystemNullableDateTime
The new expiry time of the blob.

Type: Byte
The previous content of the blob.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
QdbAliasNotFoundException	The blob is not present in the database.
QdbIncompatibleTypeException	The database entry is not a blob.
