Sets the value of the double, fails if it already exists.

value: Type: SystemDouble
The new value of the double.
expiryTime (Optional): Type: SystemNullableDateTime
The expiry time of the double.

Type: Boolean
true if the double has been created, or false if it has been replaced.

Exceptions

QdbIncompatibleTypeException	The entry in the database is not a double.
